How to Approve Payments on MTN Momo

How to Approve Payments on MTN Momo

After using the MONIcliq portal to request any of our products.

You will need to approve the payment before the money will be deducted from your account.

Please note that if you do not approve the transaction the money will not be deducted and payment would not have been made.

Kindly follow the steps outlined below to approve payments


1. Dial *170#

2. Choose Option: 10) Wallet

3. Choose Option: 3): My Approvals 

4. Enter your MOMO Pin to retrieve your pending approval list

5. Choose a pending transaction

6. Choose Option 1 to approve

7. Tap button to continue.
